A brief history of K&M Construction

Kerr & Miller Construction Inc. was officially founded in 2020 but existed in spirit for several years before. The company was founded by Nigel Kerr and Cameron Miller, lifelong friends who always put their heads together to get things built.

Nigel and Cameron spent years working in the area, building their experience and developing their skills in construction, renovation and ADUs. They decided to form their own company to create fine quality projects from first idea to final handover.

K&M Construction delivers quality on a variety of different project types, motivated by a sense of pride for workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Nigel and Cameron are proud to choose projects that inspire them, ensuring each build is an enthusiastic and positive endeavour for both K&M Construction and the client.
