Kerr & Miller Construction Inc. was founded on the shared expertise of two lifelong friends, Nigel Kerr and Cameron Miller, Guelph locals with extensive experience in the construction industry.

K&M Construction is well experienced in stone masonry, carpentry, and wood-frame construction, with many exceptional projects under their tool belts. We offer BCIN qualified design in-house for all of your residential projects. We can produce permit drawings and designs without the need for an engineer or architect, and fast-track construction without compromising on quality.

Our construction services cover Guelph and the surrounding areas including Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo, and Guelph-Eramosa. We have close ties with the relevant municipalities and planning authorities, and a deep understanding of the requirements for building permits and zoning and navigating the whole permit system. We also know the local housing markets so can advise on cost-effective projects.
