Make the most of your outside space with K&M Construction. Our team have years of experience as part of design-build projects in putting the right type of fence in the right place. We often build privacy fences to screen and secure the property, and add weatherproof decks to link inside and outside spaces.

A properly designed deck should enhance the look and function of your home, and form a gentle transition between your inside and outside spaces. At K&M Construction we create custom decks that are just right for you, your home and your requirements, including:

• Single decks that gently lead from your home to your garden
• Multi-storey decks with great views
• Raised decks with storage underneath to maximise your space

Decks in our part of Ontario experience a wide range of weather, from heavy snow to baking sun. So we only build decks in suitable materials that will stand the test of time, including:

• Natural cedar that weathers to a beautiful finish
• Long life span pressure-treated wood
• Low maintenance, high-performance composite decks
• Deck railing option

Choose the look you want and the colour for your stained wood deck. or choose from a range on on-trend colours that don’t fade in composite decks.

From traditional post and rail to cutting edge metal fences that enhance your home, call us to discuss your requirements.
