The project began with an existing floor plan that required partial redesign to improve layout and usability. Through a design-build approach, key elements were refined prior to construction, resulting in a more functional and efficient living space.

The completed unit includes a full kitchen, open living area, and private ensuite bathroom. A new, separate sanitary connection was installed to support the unit independently from the main dwelling.
