Pre-Design

The first step in the design-build process is focused on setting up for a successful design phase. Afterall, a successful project depends on a good design.

Define Project Goals:
- Clearly outline the objectives, scope, and requirements of the project.

Feasibility:
- Conduct a feasibility study to assess the project's viability including budget constraints, site conditions, and zoning & code requirements.

Take the First Step

Design

The second step is to begin the design phase which only concludes when the client is satisfied that their vision is met.

Conceptual Design:
- The designer creates initial design concepts that align with the project goals and constraints.

Schematic Design:
- More detailed design drawings are developed, including floor plans, elevations, and site plans.
Design Review:
- Conduct regular reviews with the client to ensure the design meets their needs and expectations.

Detail & Pre-Construction

The third step puts the design in motion and sets the stage for actual construction.

Design Refinement:
- The design details are finalizes, including architectural, structural, and building service plans.
Cost Estimation:
- A detailed cost estimate is prepares based on the finalized design to ensure the projects remains on budget.
Permitting:
- The necessary permits and approvals are obtained from relevant authorities.

Construction

The fourth step is when shovels hit earth, and hammers - nails.

Site Preparation:
- The site is prepared for construction, including any necessary demolition, excavation, or site grading.
Construction Execution:
- Construction begins according to the finalized design and project schedule. We oversee the entire process to ensure quality and adherence to the plans.
Regular Inspections:
- Regular inspections by ourselves and the relevant authorities monitor progress, quality, and compliance with codes and regulations.

Completion

Final Inspections:
- Final inspections are performed to ensure the project meets all specifications and standards.
Deficiencies:
- Any deficiencies identified from the final inspection are addressed.
Handover:
- The completed project is officially handed over to the client, including all necessary documentations, warranties, and manufacturer's information.
Post-Construction Support:
- We are always available for ongoing support should any issues arise after project completion.
